The noise level makes this hotel impossible. Outside traffic noise and vibration were terrible. Moved rooms only to have a wedding party and disco until 1:00am.

Amazing hotel, clean, well decorated. Friendly front desk staff. Unbeatable location. The only complaint I would have is that service at breakfast in the rooftop was very bad. I think it was because the kitchen is on a lower level so was much slower, but also didn’t get condiments, like syrup or butter for pancakes, even after asking for them, so had to eat them dry, and rarely saw the server. Wasn’t a major issue issue however as we loved everything else.

It was not a great place to stay. We never received a free drinks or a bottle. The room was nice, but there is a bar or a club next door and kept us up until 3am. I also tried doing a late check out and at first I was told yes and the next day the staff said no. I would't stay here again. Very dissapointed.

El restaurante no vale visitar a parte de desayuno. Me han dado un cuarto a un lado de una bodega o no sé que solo que diario habia demasiado actividad desde el camión temprano en la mañana para recoger basura. El cuarto falta atención a detalles por ejemple en la ducha y la pared atras del escritorio. Hubo otras habitaciones disponibles, y me dieron lo peor posible, mi tercera visita al hote estara probablementa la última. Hay mejores hoteles cerca.

Too noisy when they have an event in the facilities. Loud noise went on through 2:30 am. It was hard to sleep. They didn’t provide the welcome drink nor the bottle of wine they were supposed to give away at check in as part of the VIP access.

Exelente hotel servicio limpieza inmobiliaria todo perfecto solo el desayuno muy lento y mal servicio de los meseros te ignoraban pedíamos café y frío pero de ahí en mas súper le doy un 100 al hotel

This place is Beautiful!! Staff was Amazing Jazmin, Jorge, Julio, Heriberto, Rolando and A Special Shout out to Ignacio my aunt june became ill he was such a blessing 🙌 he stayed with her the whole time while we waited for a Dr that he recommended which the Dr was also Just as Amazing thank you all so much for everything we will definitely be back!!

Amazing Family Reunion
We had the most amazing stay!! Front desk Jazmin was the best also Rolando, Jorge, Heriberto, Julio And A Special Shout Out To Ignacio our Aunt June Got ill and he was so Amazing with the care he gave her and getting us the help she needed. Housekeeping was also so sweet and helpful thank you everyone. Hotel was AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL we will definitely be back!!!

I had three master suites. One morning a man appeared in my 86 year old mothers room, having somehow unlocked the door with a magnetic key. I complained to the General Manager and was assured a complete investigation. I never heard back from that at all. I emailed them 3 weeks later and still have not heard a word. If you are concerned for your safety, this is NOT the hotel to stay at.

Las instalaciones son simplemente extraordinarias. El servicio es increíble. Lo único es que la habitación da a la calle y el ruido de los locales cercanos es terrible. Recomiendo asegurar una habitación alejada de la calle para mayor comodidad. Por lo demás, muy recomendable.

The hotel is very well designed, great renovation project, well situated. The restaurant is not very good, food quality is mediocre and service is slow,uncoordinated, although very friendly.

El hotel es muy bueno. El servicio es excelente. En varias ocasiones pedimos diferentes cosas extras a la habitación (por ejemplo cepillos de dientes, apoyo con luces, etc) y todo nos fue atendido con cordialidad y prontitud. Las instalaciones son muy buenas al igual que su ubicación. Los alimentos del restaurante también son muy buenos. Totalmente recomendado.

This hotel was by far the cutest boutique hotel . the moment you walk in it feels like a hacienda with a modern flare I love the look the entrance of the hotel is a large courtyard beautiful pictures hang from the walls not sure who the artist is but very beautiful pictures .the rooms are decorated very tastefully bathrooms are huge and the vaulted cealings (16ft)in the rooms make it feel even bigger and grander . I recommend this hotel I usually only stay at 5 stars and this hotel although a boutique definitely deserves to be a 5 star I love it the staff is friendly & helpful .rooms are clean smell fresh no musky smell thank god ❤️And the views from their rooftop terrace are amazing loved this place if ever back in Morelia I will stay here again

Awesome hotel and fantastic experience. Service was also fantastic, and location could not be better. This hotel matches the beauty of Morelia’s downtown. Highly recommended.

The Hotel was right in the heart of Morelia. Walking distance to almost everything. Large, spacious rooms with friendly staff. Will definitely return on another trip.

The hotel is gorgeous. Beautiful historic building, perfectly appointed. Huge room and bathroom. Two sinks, huge shower. Apparently you have to let the water run for a VERY long time to get hot water. So long that we never got hot water one of the days. The breakfast included was delicious, in a beautiful restaurant. It was very noisy from street traffic.

A beautiful hotel, absolutely stunning architecture and attention to detail on the refurb of this old colonial mansion........Fantastic location next to the plaza. Room was stylish and well appointed. Lovely spaces and bar/restaurant. Rooftop looked amazing although was closed due to an event........only gripe was the Wifi which was patchy and slow in all parts of hotel. Should be an easy fix and only blip in a perfect short stay.

Roof party ruined ambiance and good night's sleep
This is a lovely hotel in a great location with a delicious breakfast and a bartender that makes an excellent margarita. Until the last night of our stay, I would have given it a five-star review. However, on Friday night, there was a large party on the roof with booming music and shouting people until 1:30 in the morning. This is an issue I had read about in earlier reviews, but based on management's response to those reviews, I thought they were going to address this issue, so I booked this hotel anyway. However, based on the response of hotel personnel to my complaints about noise, which was basically, "Well, we have an event," it's obvious that hotel guests getting a good night's sleep is not a priority compared to events. I would not recommend this hotel unless a) you don't plan to sleep until past 1:30 in the morning or b) you confirm in advance that no events are scheduled.
