We were staying at NaNa Vida while in Morelia for a family wedding. All 12 of us could not say enough about the welcoming, friendly, helpful staff who work there. They went above and beyond themselves to ensure our needs were met and our visit memorable. The location was ideal, we felt safe, had restaurants, banks and shopping all within an easy walk. The lobby/courtyard is lovely and works perfectly for meeting up with your travel group. NaNa Vida is excellent value for your travel dollars.

I really liked the room I stayed in, it was clean and spacious. Customer service is excellent! Front desk staff "Dulce" was so polite and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back. I will say that inside locking system for room needs a little update.

Beautiful and cozy boutique hotel with an amazing staff. My wife and me stayed for 5 nights to celebrate our anniversary, and we had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff,, and the 2 ladies (Angie and ?) who cleaned the rooms/property were amazing and provided excellent service. The provided us with a free room after a night flight and arriving at the hotel at 7 am, so that we could sleep for a couple of hours until our booked room was ready. Flowers were placed in our room with a “Happy Anniversary” card. Coffee was brought to our room as soon as we woke up, and we were always greeted with genuine kindness and offered a free drink upon entering the hotel. The room was cleaned every day and stocked with clean towels even tho we didn’t ask for it. A big shout out to Mariana, Viri, Luz and Dulce from the front desk and the cleaning ladies Angie and ?. Thank you ladies so much for everything you did for us and to make our stay unforgettable. Thank you for the chats, laughs, and the genuine kindness. I highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back here for sure.

Not only is this a beautiful hotel, but the staff made a huge impact on me. I was greeted every time I walked into the lobby and asked if I needed anything to make my stay more comfortable. I would definitely come back and I do recommend this stay.

NaNa Vida in Morelia was a great experience for my family and I vacationing from California. This place felt literally like home, it’s not a big hotel but then again they have a lot of staff that were always available to attend the needs of guests. All the staff Dulce, Mariana, Viridiana, Luz, and Osvan and the house keeping from Lupita were exceptional! And above all the hotel itself is clean, beautiful, and very close to the Cathedral, the architecture and vibe transports you back to history. There’s so much more great things to say about this hotel, but the name speaks for itself it’s a boutique hotel, I would definitely recommend to family and friends or anyone else who wants to enjoy their stay in Morelia. They also have hotel in Oaxaca and Mexico City which is our next vacation destinations so definitely will be looking to stay in these hotels.

We are from Canada and had the pleasure of staying for one night in this amazing hotel. The staff are super friendly and the room was great, including newly renovated bathroom. They give a nice gift of hand-made soap on check-in and other gifts on checking out as well. Just a great experience and within a 2 minute walk to the Centro historico with all its charm. HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

An absolutely perfect place to stay. Elegantly decorated. Spacious room. Quiet and safe. All the staff members are super professional, helpful, attractive, polite. It's only one block away from the zócalo. Highly highly recommended

Si pudiera darle 10 estrellas lo haría porque el servicio excelente. El hotel fue una casa y lo acondicionaron para hotel con cuartos de amplio espacio que tienen todo lo necesario y estuvimos muy cómodos. Las chicas de recepción súper atentas, siempre que te reciben te ofrecen algo de tomar. En las mañanas hay café con pan dulce. Al llegar nos ofrecieron un jabón artesanal, dándonos a escoger la esencia. Al hacer el check out nos dieron un huipil y una bolsa de café. Se nota que la administración está a cargo de mujeres. La diferencia está en definitiva en los detalles. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y espero regresemos pronto.

Beautiful old Spanish decor with a lot of character. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Location was great and accessible to all places for food, shopping and walking distance to all tourists locations. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

The service could not have been better. Staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and quiet except for the holiday fireworks, but that was just one morning, we were there for 4. Good location for museums. We walked everywhere within reason.

The staff was attentive, friendly amd exceeded my expectation. Front the check-in to check-out the staff went out above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The extra touches were a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and clean. The courtyard was welcoming as well. I will be recommending this place for anyone lokking to stay in Morelia.

Fue un gran placer quedarnos en NaNa Vida Hotel. La habitación super limpia, y el hotel está ubicado cerca a la catedral; muchos restaurantes alrededor para probar. El personal del hotel nos prestó mucha atención y fueron muy agradables. Yo lo recomiendo.

Great stay, clean and beautifully decorated rooms and common area. Lacks some of the amenities of larger hotels but well worth It if you want a quiet, clean, comfortable, and friendly stay
