Excelente experiencia en el hostal! Los encargados del front desk muy amables y serviciales!! Las instalaciones súper lindas! Las camas muy limpias!! Todo está hermoso! Y a solo 2 cuadras de la catedral’ excelente ubicación! Súper recomendado!

I surprise of how clean everything was. In my past experience from when I’ve stayed in other locations they haven’t been as clean. Super friendly staff, very helpful, understanding and patience. I would definitely be back.

The staff was very rude, I was lectured on not speaking Spanish for 5 minutes when I arrived although I am trying to learn and using google translate. The light in my room would not turn off. When I asked they said it was automatic and just to stay still. But it never turned off. I had to sleep with it on all night. Luckily Morelia itself was amazing, full of helpful, kind people. But I was very disappointed with how rude Carlos was at the hostal. Would not stay here again due to staff.

En general el servicio es muy bueno, las instalaciones nuevas, y con lo escencial para tener una muy buena estadía. Lo único que no me gustó es que el agua en las regaderas nunca salió caliente. Estaba entre fría y templada.

L'hébergement est bien conçu (rideaux aux dortoirs, prise pour charger le téléphone). Il est bien situé dans le centre de Morelia. Par contre, le gros problème c'est qu'il y a une discothèque sous l'hostal, la muisque est extrêmement forte toute la nuit (jusqu'à 6h du matin), il n'est donc presque pas possible de dormir (même avec des boules quies). C'est dommage car sinon il serait très bien. Autre mésaventure, le gars de la réception est venu me 'réveiller à 2h du matin pour me demander mon nom pour vérifier la réservation, alors qu' il m'a fait le check-in le soir même.

Excelente servicio, solo una observación
Sigan marcando la diferencia en hostales, fue una muy buena experiencia quedarme ese par de noches. Solo una observación, y nisiquiera atribuible al hostal como tal, y es que tienen de vecino a un antro o bar, no sé que sea, y la musica en viernes en la noche si es muy molesta para dormir. Futuros clientes tenganlo en cuenta porque al menos en fin de semana si va a ser my complicado descansar realmente en la noche.

Me gustó que el responsable propone ver el espacio antes de cerrar el trato. Es una experiencia diferente. El lugar es limpio, cómodo. Recomendable para jóvenes que andan de mochilazo al hombro

The nicest and cleanest hostel I have ever stayed in. I was impressed with the rooms and showers. It’s right in the historic centre and close to all the main attractions. Very nice, helpful staff. I had excellent wifi in my section.
