Some staff was nice while others were rather rude. The food was ok. The other “sister hotels” don’t let you use their amenities. The location of this hotel puts you in the crowds of 5-6 cruise ships daily.

Bar staff, bellboys and housekeeping were amazing! Room service food, fromt desk and room temperatures could use a LOT of improvement. My thermostat was set to 17°C and could not be adjusted even though it was like 9°C outside. Overall, even though I was freezing and it was too cold for the beach, I had fun meeting new people and watching the indoor nightly shows.

Room was spotless and cleaning crew checked to make sure it stayed that way twice a day. Pool and beach were very nice & relaxing. This property is a great alternative for someone that wants a more boutique experience vs. a mega-resort. Food was amazing as well!

Perfect location for swimming, relaxing, and taking in the views. Great private beach. Beds were comfy. If you are self sufficient (I.e. don’t mind making your own food and fun) then this is an awesome stay. Place was clean and well stocked. Host was easy to get ahold of.
