"We thought we where going to have a suite with a patio and barbecue pit what we got was a small room with 2 double beds they changed our room to a room with 2 queen beds we had no microwave or refrigerator in the morning our coffee pot was broke so went down to lobby and there was know coffee and they had the fridge locked for continental breakfast ask desk clerk why she told us they where having hot breakfast in the fusion restaurant that’s why everything was locked s o we went to dinning room...

"The room was not worth the price. We got there and the bathroom sink had a giant crack in it. Bath towels were dirty with spots. The ironing board and closet area did not look like I’ve been cleaned and had mold stains. When asked to switch rooms or get a refund, I was not met with any type of resolution nor choices."
