Excellant Place to Stay

Murph's place was everything the description said it is. It was a perfect place for us to relax in the evening. The kitchen is well stocked. We ended up making a contest with our friends to find all the hidden Disney references. Some are easy to spot, but others are more subtle. Thanks for letting us stay here.

Enjoyed our stay! Very clean, well cared for property with easy access to WVU. We appreciated that the owners labeled everything and provided the little things (well equipped kitchen, coffee, shampoo, washer and dryer, etc )to make our stay comfortable. Best part it is that we could bring our pups to visit with their brother who attends WVU! We will definitely stay there again!

Stayed at the Murph, again. Super easy check in and out processes. Very homey feel. My pup enjoys the fenced in back yard and play area. Haven't experienced any issues with either of my 2 stays. Definitely would recommend this place to stay.

Sweet Morgantown house in a convenient locagtion

The house is in excellent condition, well-maintained, clean and very thoroughly organized and clearly labeled. Fans of WV football will especially love staying here: it was owned by a beloved former cameraman for WVU games, and there are many tributes to him throughout. The place is dog friendly, has pleasant outdoor space and is very comfortable.

Adorable house in a very convenient location

We stayed at the property with our 3 kids and two dogs while visiting family in Morgantown. The house is adorable, very clean and the kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. My kids loved swinging on the front porch swing with their grandma. We will definitely stay at Murph Landing again when we visit Morgantown.

Very nice property. Extremely clean. They clearly are very proud of their property and Morgantown - they should be. Took great care to ensure everything was in order. My pup and I will definitely be back. Bonus-if you are a WVU fan, lots of great memories on display.

There is nothing you can think of that this home doesn’t provide. I couldn’t believe the level of love and detail this home offered. Incredible stay, comfortable, and meticulously maintained. Perfect home for WVU visit

We were in Morgantown to tour WVU and attend a football game. They have thought of absolutely everything in this house. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need - it’s as if you are at your own home. Everything is labeled - all light switches, cabinets, drawers. The house is very welcoming for our dogs as well. The fenced backyard is great! It’s a short walk to the stadium and an easy drive to restaurants. We will definitely stay here anytime we come to Morgantown.

Amazing trip to Morgantown

This was our first trip to Morgantown and it was for my daughter to attend Decide WVU with myself and my oldest daughter along with her. Needless to say it is a YES! When I say that this place is the MOST PERFECT place you could book for your stay, that is probably an understatement. Every single thing you could possibly want is provided in the house as well as providing a place that truly feels like home with love and care shown everywhere. It is extremely clean and very comfortable with perfect beds and cloud like pillows. I am booking our second trip as we speak and cannot wait to come back and stay again in Murphs Landing.

The property was very clean loved the fenced yard for dogs. The most complete stocked kitchen of anywhere I have ever stayed. Very nice cookware and sharp knives! Provides so much more than anywhere I’ve ever been. All I had to do was get groceries. Morphs Landing had it all, plus a wonderful history of the place. I will definitely rent Murphs Landing again. We absolutely loved our stay at Murph’s Landing for Decide WVU weekend! From the moment we stepped onto the porch, we could feel the love and history in this beautifully restored home. Joe and Karen have created a warm, clean and welcoming space that honors Murph’s legacy while offering every modern comfort to their visiting guests. Our kids had a blast finding the hidden Disney “Easter eggs" hidden throughout the home, and the house had everything we needed—from clear instructions and thoughtful extras, to streaming apps, fast WiFi, and TVs in every room. The fenced backyard was perfect for our pugs, and we loved winding down on the front porch swing each evening. The location is ideal—just minutes from the stadium, Coliseum, campus, and great dining options at Suncrest Town Center. Joe and Karen’s kindness and personalized hospitality made our trip extra special - we can’t wait to return again in the future! We HIGHLY recommend Murph’s Landing!

Fantastic Location and Host!

What a great spot! Love the location and decor of this house. Joe was a great host and very prompt to reply and easy to communicate with. This house worked as a great home base for us while we were visiting our daughter at college.
