"Staff was friendly. We checked in promptly at 4 and since we booked the pet friendly room, it did smell musky and im sure its one of the pet friendly rooms on the first floor. The beds were very soft, barely any support, bathrooms need a lil upgrading in the shower kits ( a little mold or rust, not sure and plumbing fixture leaked a little. The bathroom could have used a nice wipe down with some cleaner on the counter and the tissue box and little plates where the soaps and cream goes were spotty. It wasnt terrible just details missed. The towels seemed disheveled on the rack but were plenty available for our party of 3. If youre a diabetic or need to keep meds cold, bring a cooler with ice packs, the mini fridge doesn’t have a freezer section and not very cold. They do have a great breakfast area, serving hot beef chipped gravy for the biscuits, donuts, bagels , english muffins, cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, oatmeal, pancakes, oranje juice, water apple and cranberry, only coffee 24/7. There is an ice machine, vending station, laundry, pool, office, workout gym. Its a nice place overall and Iwill consider it next time we travel. "
