"Our 2.5 weeks stay was very comfortable & pleasant. Located next to a metro station was very easy to commute to anywhere within Tokyo. The hotel is also within 15 mins walk to Tokyo Tower. Staff are excellent & responsive. The beds are firm & so comfortable to sleep that my daughter wants to import her bed home. Ah ha ha! The hotel is also connected to Azabudai Hills, which has its own attractions, cafes & restaurants. Recommended for business travellers or families. Would stay there again. Best from Sydney Peter C"

"APA as a brand was recommended by a Japanese friend. Value for money, given the high hotel prices in Tokyo, the room was great. Great location within walking distance to areas such as like Roppongi, Shibuya, Aoyama…. To be sure, the room is tiny - it’s almost as if they built the walls around the bed! But I was only looking for a place to sleep, that is not a capsule. The bathroom is very good. Clean. Excellent water pressure. Shampoo and gel also great. I highly recommend the brand in general."

The only place in Tokyo i would stay from now on. My first visit to Japan and the history and service at this hotel was outstanding. The concierge reached out before hand to see if i needed reservations something i very much appreciated - love love love"

"We recently stayed at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo and had a wonderful experience overall. We booked a Club Room, which gave us access to the Club Lounge. This was definitely worth it, with a great selection of drinks and delicious nibbles available throughout the day. The food quality was excellent, and it was always a pleasant place to relax after exploring Tokyo. What really stood out was the staff. Wow! Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they genuinely went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The level of customer service was among the best we have experienced. The only downside was that the swimming pool was closed for the entire week of our stay, which was a little disappointing, especially given the warm weather. However, this did not detract too much from what was otherwise a fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A big thank you to all the staff for making our visit to Tokyo so memorable."

"A beautiful and new hotel, the staff are super great. The amenities are pretty good and included bike parking. For a luxury hotel, the restaurant could be better and the pool had a lot of rules (e.g. you must wear a swim cap). Overall it felt a bit uptight and hard to fully relax, but that also could be a reflection of the clientele."
