"LOVED our stay. Just sorry it was only for one night. The property is delightful and well maintained. Perfectly located for visiting Middlebury College. We took our dog and the welcome basket for her was adorable! We had dinner at Jessica's which was fantastic; great food and service and a thoroughly good experience all round. Breakfast in the morning was similarly excellent. Would definitely recommend the Swift Inn, and I hope we will have the opportunity to return."

"The room was exactly as described on the website, and very clean. Plenty of space to unpack and spread out. The shower looked new, there's a long shelf built in to hold all your shower needs plus there were dispensers full of shampoo, conditioner and soap. There was a double towel bar which is a nice touch. Beds were comfortable. The bedside lamp and alarm clock have USB ports. Every staff person we saw was friendly and helpful, from checking in to just saying 'good morning' as we walked by one another. We would definitely stay here again, 10/10!"

"I had a nice time at the resort my room was nice and clean stuff was helpful and accommodating food was delicious property has two restaurants in a short distance it’s out of the way of big cities so it’s nice and quiet I went there with a specific intend of photographing fall foliage and I got some pretty shots of sunset over the lake Champlain. I will definitely return to this resort again"

"Great location next to Walmart, McDonalds and Dunkin. Short drive into downtown. Rooms were Clean, general hallways could have use sweep, but overall good. Reasonable price for location and amenities."

"The little cottage was adorable, very modern and clean. A grab bar in the bathroom near the toilet would have been nice but we are older women so young people wouldn’t need it. The lake level was very low when we were there and I would have liked to walk along the shore but the access to the lake is for younger, more agile people. The rocks at the bottom of the stairs and lack of railings on the lower steps was a problem. The views and the many windows were perfect as was the deck area. In all it was a relaxing stay."

"We had a very pleasant, relaxing stay here in early October. Such a pretty resort. Our room was small but fine for the two of us. Very, very clean. We walked across the street to sit on the Adirondack chairs looking out over Lake George in the evening . This place was perfect for our visit to Fort Ticonderoga!"
