Rent studio of 20 m2 renovated in November 2022 located on the 2nd floor of a residence in Morillon Les Esserts, at the foot of the slopes, close to the ski lifts, the ESF meetings and the shops of the resort. The accommodation consists of: <br>- a living room with balcony, with kitchen area and sofa bed for 2 people <br>- a closed mountain area with 2 bunk beds <br>- a bathroom with bathtub, and washing machine (rare in mountain studios)<br>- Separate toilet<br>- a ski locker on the ground floor of the residence.<br> It is equipped with: <br>- a raclette machine <br>- a fondue set <br>- a waffle iron / croque-monsieur machine <br>- a toaster<br>- a Senseo pod coffee maker <br>Bed linen and household linen (towels, tea towels, bath mats) not provided, possibility of rental and delivery with supplement: ask us. <br>End-of-stay cleaning carried out by a service provider (60€/stay)<br>Pets are not allowed.<br>Morillon is a resort in the Grand Massif, connected with Les Carroz, Samoëns, Flaine, Sixt Fer à Cheval, offering 256 km of slopes. Easy access from the A40, by train (Cluses station), plane (Geneva 1 hour away). A large free car park is 50 m from the residence and a drop-off point is possible at the foot of the residence.
