Magnificent chalet of 2,528 ft2 living space with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate 12 people.

The family room with its stone fireplace is perfect for warming up after a day of skiing or the outdoors. You can cook your suppers in the fully equipped kitchen. A raclette oven, Chinese fondue and a BBQ is at your disposal. You can enjoy your coffee while admiring the magical landscape! Young and old can enjoy the pool table located on the garden level.

Le Bonheur is located on an 80,000 ft2 lot surrounded by mature trees to offer you absolute tranquility. Directly on the garden level is an 8-person spa to end your evenings!

The chalet is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

You can take your bikes and your walking shoes to take advantage of the aerobic corridor, kilometers of trails accessible directly from the chalet, also the chalet is located 5 minutes by car from Mont Morin-Heights. Guests can enjoy long hikes or mountain biking routes.


The picturesque village of Morin-Heights is less than 1 km away. You will find all the amenities such as a grocery store, bakery, SAQ, pharmacy, gas stations, restaurants cafe and taverns. Without forgetting that the chalet is located 5 minutes from the heart of the village of Saint-Sauveur where you can enjoy many restaurants and shops.

Several spas are available for a thermal experience Le Amérispa de Morin Heights and the Ofuro spa, both less than 3 km away. You will also discover aquatic pleasures by taking advantage of the Mont Saint-Sauveur Aquatic Park and if you are not afraid of heights, the Acro-Nature experience (Tree in Tree) in Morin-Heights is for you.
