"We used all levels of balcony views. Absolutely perfect. Everyone loved each and every minute on the property. Two downsides: the water smelled like sewer and had a slick feel. We ran out of toilet tissue. This place is an A-"

"Angie did a great job with answering any questions I had before and during my stay. The campground was fun to walk around and explore. There is access to a nice paved trail for biking or walking, and the kayaking was amazing. The town of Big Rapids was just a short drive with a super cute little downtown area. I had the best coffee ever at Belle's Coffeehouse. The Jim Crow Museum at Ferris State University is a must see. My only complaint would be that the hot water in the shower barely lasted 5 minutes, so had to be super quick."

"We had a lovely stay at the cabin. The front porch is perfect for a relaxing moment of peace. There is a long staircase to the lake, but the clear, calm waters are worth the hike. The house is well stocked with games and activities for families. There is a large front yard as well. "
