"Our stay started off very badly when we arrived around 11pm and the face recognition did not work to allow us entry. It took us an hour to sort out, trying to get help from the whatsapp helpline. The doorman did not speak English, and I tried using google translate to translate what i was saying into Portuguese, but he refused to do the same back. The person on the whatsapp helpline would not speak to him on my behalf either. For this reason I would avoir staying here again. Inside the apartment...

"Estadia foi ótima, funcionários atenciosos e sempre disponíveis. Nossa cama tinha um rangido bem forte de molas e a porta de entrada também. Além disso o serviço de quarto não trocou as toalhas e não repuseram os sabonetes, tivemos que pedir na recepção. Quanto ao hotel, estrutura ótimo, bem limpo e mantido. Café da manhã excelente e bem servido com horário bem estendido. "

"The hotel and staff were very nice and the room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many options. Our only complaint is that the elevators are quite slow when many guests are headed to breakfast, and there would sometimes be a 7 minute wait for an elevator. We would definitely stay here again! "
