"Recent update project wasn't completed. Bathroom area was noticably not finished. Room was comfortable, parking was limited to to front & sides but convenient, breakfast was comparable to most that offer this. Price was lower than most properties like this "

"We have stayed in this hotel many times and have tried to get the king suite with a sleeper sofa. That has generally worked out well for us, but this visit the sleeper sofa mattress was incredibly uncomfortable with sagging and springs that impossible not to feel. If they replace the sleeper sofa mattress, then it will be nice, but it was so bad it could hardly be slept on as it was. Hopefully this is just a small glitch. We reported it to the front desk and maybe they will get it changed out "

"The floors were buckled up. The motel is just old. The owners were nice. Room seemed damp. Air conditioner worked good and heater. Room seemed clean. Easy check in. No loud noise. Shops nearby"

"The house was amazing for our family’s trip to the area for a wedding, Sarah was so attentive to all our questions. House was clean, organized and well stocked. We all felt at home and had a great time. "

"It stinks in the hallway on second floor. Probably the carpet smells bad. Same smell in the room of course not that bad. Heat and air are very noisy when you try to sleep. Wafflehouse outside made us not try the breakfast. 100$ For a room like this is not great!"

It is the perfect location to enjoy Petit Jean and Mt Nebo! The back deck and views are amazing! Can’t wait to plan our next trip! "
