"We stayed at this same hotel in November 2025 and the Breakfast included "Turkey Sausage" and it was even shown in the photos on the website & is a BIG reason we returned there. Well, there was No Turkey Sausage, nor was there any Apple or Orange Juice?? The Bathroom fan did not work in room 238, so it steamed up the bathroom. at around 9:10 pm Saturday Night, I called and requested a Wake Up call for 6:00 am Sunday and the guy that I talked to said it was set up. NEVER CALLED, not even a Late call, NEVER RECEIVED A WAKE UP CALL. I'm certain we won't go to any more Holiday Inn joints again. Too much DECEPTION & UNFULFILLED "AMENITIES"
