"We enjoyed the breakfast they setup every morning. It was fresh and yummy. Love making the mini waffles. The staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked so inviting. The room we had was clean and so relaxing, really enjoyed our room. We decided that this is the hotel we will be staying every time we travel to Phoenix. "

"The staff was actually really decent when our room keys had to be rebooted each day. They also brought us a fridge because the ice machine was out of order. The room had laminate flooring which was all tore up. I caught it with my boots multiple times and almost broke my neck. The shower curtain was about 3” too short, so after every shower the floor in the bathroom was soaked. The walls need to be stripped and repainted. There is what appears to be rust on the walls (assuming it’s water damage). The door lock handle worked about 30% of the time. Had to reswipe the card at least four times each time we left the room. The manager did say they were remodeling, so hopefully that’s the reason why everything was so outdated and worn."
