About this property

Douglas Lake, TN Lake House, lake access, breathtaking views and amazing sunsets

  • Lake House with gorgeous lake views and stunning sunsets along with lake access. Property borders over 800 acres of the Tennessee Wildlife. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Knoxville and Asheville are within an hour drive. Area is well known for birdwatching(99 species), fishing, boating, kayaking & hiking. Nestled within a family oriented campground with wildlife close by. New mattresses and appliances. Master bedroom has lig queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a full size sleeper sofa in living room. Just added a large fire pit area in front of the house overlooking the lake. Don't let this new listing get gone!
    *Note* typically between September and March the lake levels are down. There are also 2 security cameras located outside the home.
