"The Safe, Iron and ironing board did not work. 1st two nights the towels were cheap and thin, afterwards good. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was poor. Eggs and potatoes were always cold. Coffee and tea was good. McDonald was next door. Room was good size but the bed was about 1 foot from the A/C."

"The Hyatt Place is located in a very convenient area. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, a movie theater, and Barnes & Noble. There is also a shopping center less than a mile away, and the mall is approximately five miles from the hotel. The area is quiet, pleasant, and welcoming, and the people are always very polite. I regularly book our company visitors at this hotel, and I have never received a complaint. In fact, many of our visitors specifically request to stay at the Hyatt Place when they return. Based on the convenient location, surrounding amenities, and consistently positive experiences of our guests, I would give the Hyatt Place a 4.5-star rating."

"We stayed on the 4th floor, I forget the room number, but it was well maintained. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower clean. The shower looked newer with a sliding door which was great. The bottom line is that it made for a nice night."
