O Hotel realmente é muito bonito, mas precisa de umas melhorias. Algumas vezes era dificultoso fechar as portas, porque elas travavam, me mudaram na minha última diária para um quarto que estava com vazamentos, fechadura da porta do banheiro estava saindo e a tv estava com uns leds queimados. Foram ate la, ajeitaram um vazamento do banheiro, mas depois outro apareceu. Não gostei quando me mudaram de quarto, acho isso uma falta de respeito com o hóspede, ainda mais mudando para um quarto que era ruim. O atendimento do restaurante foi nota MIL! Pessoas humildes, educadas, prestativas, assim como o rapaz que cuidava das demais dependências do hotel. Tentei ter varias informações da recepção via WhatsApp e nem sempre era respondida. Mas tenho que agradecer a cortesia do hotel de um bolinho de aniversário que eu solicitei e me foi atendido! Demoraram para me dizer se iam aceitar, mas no fim aceitaram e eu fiquei muito feliz, ate mesmo porquê eu estava sozinha e o bolo estava uma delicia. No fim, foi uma boa experiência :)

Apesar da localização privilegiada e da bela vista para a praia, minha experiência no hotel deixou muito a desejar. O quarto apresentava diversos problemas, começando pela péssima iluminação, que tornava o ambiente escuro e pouco aconchegante. Além disso, havia um cheiro forte de mofo, o que tornava a estadia desconfortável. Outro ponto negativo foi a presença de muitos mosquitos e até baratas dentro do quarto, o que evidenciava a falta de higiene e manutenção. A situação piorava com as maçanetas das portas quebradas e o filtro do ar-condicionado completamente sujo, prejudicando a qualidade do ar no ambiente. O café da manhã também ficou muito abaixo das expectativas. As opções eram bastante limitadas, com falta de frutas e pouca variedade. Quando algum item acabava, raramente era reposto, deixando os hóspedes com poucas alternativas. No geral, mesmo com a bela paisagem, a experiência no hotel foi decepcionante devido à má conservação e à falta de cuidado com o conforto dos hóspedes.

Decepcinado pelo facto de chegar au receptivo ás 16h50 e ter que pegar um táxi para me levar no Hotel! Resposta do hotel...só recuperamos os hóspedes no receptivo até ás 16h45!!! Uma boa maneira de perder clientes!! Com respeito au Hotel só vale pela localização em frente au mar na quarta praia ! Não voltarei mais!

O lugar é um paraíso!

Teve uma queda de energia que ativou uma tal de "placa contatora" que eu nunca havia ouvido falar que fazia um barulho infernal e desligava o ar condicionado, tudo isso a cada 10 ou 15 minutos, a noite toda!!! Por duas noites... Sei que é um fato que depende da cia eletrica, mas acho que o hotel deveria ter um plano para evitar isso. Foi muito desagradável... No mais o hotel tem bom cafe da manha e meu quarto era muito bom com vista excelente...

O hotel numa visão geral, é lindo. O café é ótimo e o atendimento das moças do café e restaurante, é maravilhoso. A Limpeza no geral e manutenção da piscina, também é ótimo. Todo dia limpam os quartos, achei muito bom. Em relação ao conforto do quarto, acho que podia melhorar. A cama de solteiro é muito estreita, não é considerada confortável. Senti falta de mais tomadas pra carregar equipamentos eletrônicos, tive que tirar o do abajur, pois não tinha outro plug disponível. Banheiro é bom, tem shampoo, condicionador, sabonetes e um varal suspenso. Chuveiro bom também e toalhas ótimas. Ar condicionado ótimo. Na sacada tem mesa e uma boa rede. Foram ótimos dias no hotel beira mar.

Quarto sem acesso a internet, banheira com aspecto de suja, não funcionava as torneiras da banheira, só enchia a banheira pelo chuveiro que demora um ano pra encher, e pelas fotos parace ser uma coisa, pessoalmente é outra, fora a arrogância do gerente quando reclamei da falta de internet no quarto.

Hotel antigo precisando de várias melhorias. O transporte oferecido pelo hotel aos hóspedes da vila até o hotel é péssimo. Os hóspedes são transportados em uma carroceria de uma camionete em uma estrada cheia de buracos. Imagine o desconforto em uma carroceria em uma estrada esburacada. Precisam melhorar muito em vários aspectos para justificar o valor cobrado pela diária.

Lugar lindo, mas distante do centro!

As instalações são boas, o lugar é lindo! O hotel é muito bom pra quem quer tranquilidade e sossego. Para quem gosta de movimento, aconselho a procurar hoteis e pousadas que fiquem no centro do Morro. Hotel Porto do Zimbo fica na quarta praia e infelizmente é muito distante do centro, dificultando a locomoção do hóspede.
