Infelizmente é a primeira vez que tenho problemas com hoteis da hoteis.com. O quarto não tinha varanda. Uma parede fechava o espaço. O ar teve problema e nos colocaram em um quarto o qual as janelas não tinham vidros. Todas e madeira maciças. O gerente da pousada em nenhum momento se interessou para resolver nossos problemas. Quem nos ajudou foi a recepcionista Silvia, muito gentil e solicita. Percebemos que a pousada precosa de mais cuidados nao só na infraestrutura mas tambem para com os hospedes. Outro ponto: a piscina levou dois dias sem poder ser utilizada.

Pousada super bem localizada, um casarao antigo lindo, porém como fica bem na praca da Vila, os bares e restaurantes como em sua maioria tem música ao vivo, torna se uma pousada barulhenta. Como queriamos ficar proximo ao receptivo, pois iriamos sair cedo p Salvador, escolhemos ela e achamos que valeu muito a pena. Cafe da manha simples e gostoso, piscina com uma vista linda, como choveu muito no dia da nossa hospedagem não conseguimos aproveitar.

Adoramos a nossa estadia na pousada. Localizada bem em frente á praça central e logo após a ladeira, facilitando a chegada e saída. O quarto era amplo e limpo; o ar condicionado e o chuveiro funcionaram perfeitamente. Tivemos um problema com o frigobar, que foi solucionado prontamente pela equipe. O café da manhã foi bom. Experiência muito ruim com som alto a noite

Não tinha lido as outras avaliações e fui mais uma vítima do quarto 18, virado para a rua que tem o samba noturno todos os dias em volume alto e com muita gente fazendo barulho, pra quem pensa em descansar a noite após o dia todo de passeios e praia, este não é um lugar apropriado. Se for pra aproveitar o agito, vale pela localização…
