We did not have a German number and did not have a way to reach the property management. "Terrible place. Avoid at all costs. Clean but its run by robots. Totally over automated and difficult to get into. Its like a sadistic puzzle. No staff on hand. Caretaker man is vey helpful but agrees with guesta that it is a terrible place. Residents wandering around in the foyer, asking each other where everything is ,and how this works and how that works. Designed by robota who have never me a human from Planet Earth. Avoid this place."

"Es ist einer sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Es ist alles da falls man was vergessen hat. (Handtücher, Seife, etc.) Die Kinder haben sich sehr über die kleine Aufmerksamkeit von Gummibärchen gefreut. Kommunikation hat auch sehr gut geklappt. Es ist ein ruhiger und schöner Ort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen. "

"In der sehr schön eingerichteten Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Anwesen ist mit einem großen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kicker und Dartscheibe sowie einer Sauna und einem Fitnessbereich sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll renoviert. Wanderungen sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Im Nachbardorf gibt es ein gutes Lokal. Für Wanderer oder Radfahrer ist die Lage gut geeignet und sehr zu empfehlen."

In der Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr viele Bücher, die einem bei schlechtem Wetter die Zeit vertreiben. Der Vermieter total gechillt und unkompliziert. Hat gleich Tipps gegeben für die Umgebung und den Ort. Würde wieder buchen, wenn ich nochmal in Betzenstein wäre."

"Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie das Örtchen schön, gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten, Pottenstein, Gößweinstein, Teufelshöhle etc. sind von hier aus sehr schnell zu erreichen sofern man ein Auto oder Fahrräder hat oder nichts dagegen hat auch mal eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß zu gehen. Der Check-In und Umgang mit dem Vermieter ist total freundlich und absolut unkompliziert.Definitiv zu empfehlen, wenn man in der fränkischen Schweiz Urlaub machen möchte."

Man fühlt sich sehr wohl im Hotel, vor allem wegen des ausgefallen freundlichen, kompetenten und hilfsbereiten Personals. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!"

"Our stay was very nice, with only 2 issues which we truly were not pleased with. Paid for parking, but they have an issue with non-payers getting into the parking garage. Therefore, no parking 2 evenings in a row. Going back & forth, checking if a space was available. This was very unfortunate. The garage has a card key entry, but another could come in right behind. The easiest way is to have someone come thru hotel lobby, push the garage level button, without needing a card entry. Then person can get downstairs and open the garage door from downstairs. Frustrating for sure. The other issue, much less frustrating, no coffee ability in the room. Staff members were very nice, except for one who chose to count his cash box instead of trying to help with our parking situation. "
