Le personnel adorable redore le blason de L'hôtel

Heureusement que le personnel est très serviable et chaleureux car l'état des chambres reste assez vétustes et les matelas méritent la retraite vu leur aspect.

Médiocre

Une nuit réservée dans cet hôtel, personne pour nous accueillir, il fallait aller dans l’hôtel d'à côté pour avoir notre pass.... (il faudrait peut-être le stipuler à la réservation, cela éviterait de chercher pendant 1/2H la solution)... La chambre était propre mais malheureusement, le lit superposé ne tenais pas en place, la barrière de sécurité n'était pas fixée corresctement et donc en pleine nuit, notre fille a failli tomber sur nous) !!!!

Hotel que je ne recommande pas Automate défectueux, a encaissé plusieurs fois la chambre mais jamais eu de clé. Impossible de joindre personne. Plusieurs personnes comme moii se sont fait avoir dans la soirée. L’automate est en panne depuis plus ou semaine d’après le numéro d’urgence. Au final après cet fait volé, nous avons pris un autre hotel.

Notre réservation n’av Pas était enregistré nous avons dû prendre une chambre avec 3 lit le premier jour et pour le deuxième jour nous avons été logé chez campanile dans une cambre pour deux personnes nous avons dormis à 3 dans le même lit (désagréable) et avons payé un supplément c’est inadmissible

Das Dreibettzimmer hat die Größe einer Gefängniszelle! Nur das diese wahrscheinlich sauberer sind! Frühstück findet für alle Zimmer an drei Tischen statt! Wir sind in den Raum nicht reingekommen!

Nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre dont les draps n'avaient pas été changés. De plus, ils étaient déchirés, sentant le parfum et avec des traces de rouge à lèvres. Décevant mzii nous eu droit à une autre chambre propre.

La dernière fois que je mettrais les pieds dedans , après 2 nuit j’ai chopé des boutons par apport au punaises dans le lit j’ai du allez à l’hôpital, j’ai pas arrêter de me gratter, les deux femmes à l’accueil sont gentil contrairement à leur patron , l’etat Des chambre insalubre je déconseille fortement.
