"Lovely old property right opposite old churches in Reepham. Really high temperatures when we were there but house remained cool so no problems sleeping at night. Bed extremely comfortable too. House was well equipped with everything required for a weeks stay. Would thoroughly recommend this property."

"I only needed a simple single room, that is what I got. I even had a space to park my motorcycle. Single bed small bathroom with a shower. I didn't expect a TV but there was a small one with a sky package.I was happy with the price, and impressed it came with a pre-made breakfast. It was a Friday night and the room was over the bar of a lively pub so there was some noise until just after midnight but it didn't tarnish my stay."

Large well stocked bar inside and a lovely big outside seating area with screens, with a view of the sea. Dinner was excellent, we can recommend the paella. Someone has had the brilliant idea of a breakfast hamper in the room. And you'll find this hard to believe but you actually get a pint of milk in the fridge, not those horrible sachets! I hope the hamper and milk idea catches on. No aircon and a bit of road noise during the day but that's fine. Easy 10 minute walk to the sea."
