Albatros - Superb 4 star property with stunning view

The 4* chalet was built in an "L" shape and offers very flexible accommodation for families. An extraordinary property which will make a fabulous holiday. This is a fabulous chalet commanding a fabulous postion overlooking Morzine centre with panoramic views. The chalet benefits sunshine throughout the day and offers superb accommodation for one or two families. Situated at the end of a cul de sac it is a very tranquil location within central Morzine.
Everything Morzine has to offer is on your doorstep so that you can enjoy all Morzine has to offer throughout Winter and Summer.
Ground floor: Entry hallway,
1st family bedroom area: one double bed or two single beds. Bathroom with shower, wc and basin, bedroom 2: two single beds or one double, shower room + wc
2nd family bedroom area:
Bedroom 3 - double bed, shower room + wc, bedroom 4 - 1 single bed + mezzanine (steep stairs) one small bed.
1st Floor: Large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, modern fitted kitchen, double oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, large dining table. Lounge area with TV area with large flat screen, French and English Channels, DVD entertainment system. Balcony off dining area
2nd Floor: Master Bedroom with one double bed or two single beds, ensuite bathroom - shower + bathtub, double basin and WC.
Basement: large swimming jacuzzi + sauna, pool table and bar, utility area, WC and shower

Great property but too many issues

Great lay out but had issues. 1) underfloor heating not working in kids room and crack in double glazing door in the same room witch made it freezing all week. 2) The hot tub wasn't filled enough so the jets flooded the floor when started and only got sorted on the Saturday morning as we were leaving. 3) shower and one sink in the ground floor area didn't work. 4) 10 of us staying but hot water ran out every day before half of us had showers. A shame as could have been 5 star with better checks and maintenance.
