Excellent Apartment!

The apartment was centrally located; easy lift access; close to multiple restaurants and attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great ski locker storage! I would recommend staying at the apartment and will definitely book again.

A casa top, desde a localização às condições da mesma. Recomendo, sem duvida. O Dono da casa, uma pessoa excelente e que se preocupou que nada faltasse. Quanto a quem nos recebe em nome do Dono do apartamento, é de lamentar. O Dono do apartamento merecia no local um acompanhamento mais profissional de quem vai entregar e levantar a chave ao apartamento.

Une agréable semaine dans une station agréable et un appartement spacieux et très bien agencé . Le propriétaire et cabinet de gestion sont très attentifs à nos demandes et questions .

Good value for money, great location.

Perfect for four, a little noisy due to its central location however the location made skiing in and out so easy and bringing shopping back easy too. It could have been cleaner when we arrived, otherwise it was a super place to stay with everything you need to self-cater.

The property was easy to find and the staff were on hand. Checkin and checkout was easy. Apartment had everything we needed. Overlooks the resort so great to see everything that is going on. Occasionally it was noisy from the resort. Would definitely recommend. Perfect for a family of 4

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement qui présente l'avantage d'être proche des commerces, du départ et retour de ski des enfants, de la piscine... Il est très bien situé. L'équipement et les superficies sont très biens et l'appartement est propre. Seuls bémols: pas de wifi pendant 5 jours!! D'après le gérant un problème local...

Super appart et emplacement

Appartement agréable à vivre, tout refait et bien équipé. Super emplacement en plein centre. Seul bémol la porte coupe feu du couloir qui claque très fort à ttes heures du jour ou de la nuit. Les nuits furent difficiles pour nous et les enfants. Ce désagrément sera sans doute corrigé prochainement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Avoriaz apartment- perfect location

This was our first time in Avoriaz after several holidays in Les Gets and we were really impressed. The apartment was a great choice for ski in, ski out. Drag lift immediately in front, ski rental next door. The apartment had everything we needed. Most nights were quiet but there was a ski festival on towards the end of the week so it was louder outside, since it is on the main ‘street’. Supermarket is so close and take-aways, bars and restaurants all easily accessible. Olivier was a very understanding and helpful host, always able to reply to any queries quickly. We would rent this apartment again without hesitation.

Une situation au Top en plein centre du boulevard des festivals avec une vue à 180° sur le domaine.

Superbe appartement très spacieux avec de superbe belles installations et commodités, proche de tout, très bien insonorisé, avec une cuisine équipée au Top d'un point de vue ustencile et Electro-ménager. Belle grande sdb, chambre et literie super confortable. Pour pratiquer les sports d'hiver depuis près de 30 ans, à raison de 2 fois l'an, je peux dire qu'il s'agit d'un des plus beaux appartement occupé par moi même et mon épouse. Tout ceci dans une Station déjà bien connue par nous même très conviviale avec de super AFTER et restaurant !

Only disappointment was no towels provided & fire exit door which is right outside the apartment was constantly being used & slammed shut in the evening which was noisy. But overall great accommodation.

Great location in the Centre of town, good access to bars/shop/restaurants and ski school. Good ski in and out. The apartment has been updated, very spacious and is very well equipped with everything. Very warm and comfortable. The building itself is in need of a revamp, the corridors and lifts are in desperate need of tlc, the smell that emitts from the building is quite unbearable but would definitely recommend this apartment.
