"Lovely apartment hotel, set away from Main Street which is very busy and could be noisy. Staff were very helpful, medical centre and ski hire also very easy to access. Stayed in Sveta block and skied straight from boot room. 5min walk to restaurants & grocers. Bonus Spa for down days."

"If you're after 4 star super boutique cool, over 5 star bland, this is the hotel for you. Was nicknamed the Saint Tropez de Niege in it's day and you can still feel the 70/80s celebrity vibe running through its amazing architecture and design. "We were very pleased with the hotel. We came expecting simple 2 star B&B and ended up delighted with a room bigger than many we have stayed in when skiing. Great wardrobe space, comfy beds, hot and plentiful water from a great shower, friendly, helpful staff but most of all was the tremendous location. 2mins walk to main lift or to the bus for lift to Avoriaz. 5 mins to main bars, restaurants and ski shops too! "The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times."

"The apartment is in a superb location in Avoriaz and as were were travelling with two young children this was a priority. However that apartment itself is very small for a family of 4 especially having a travel cot and the only space for our daughter to sleep was in the main living area which wasn't ideal as it left nowhere for us to sit once she had gone to bed. "Good situation in Morzine. The room was tiny (it was a triple). The door to the balcony didn’t shut tight and there was no heating or hot water so the room was freezing. When we told a member of staff they said they’d tell the maintenance man. And interestingly in a hotel in France there didn’t seem to be any French-speaking staff… The food was ok but nothing special. It was a very expensive, but mediocre place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend it. "
