Magnificent charming apartment fully renovated on the top floor of an intimate residence: Le Neva
This magnificent renovated apartment is located in the highly appreciated Falaise district and more specifically within the calm residence: Le Neva.
Its location 200m from the underground parking and station reception provides easy access for all travelers on departure/arrival day. You can enjoy the Portes du Soleil domain directly from the residence (arrival and departure simply from the foot of the residence and ski locker to store your equipment).
With its 2 large east-facing balconies, magnificent views of the station and the Vorlaz point, a beautiful ceiling height, the living space is very bright and gives an impression of space!
6th and last floor of the residence accessible by elevator, the apartment is composed as follows:
- Pleasant entrance with a closet hiding a shoe dryer
- On the left, a cabin-style bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80x190cm) and a small window
- Bathroom with bathtub on the right, ideal for a moment of relaxation after a day on the slopes.
- On the left, a second bathroom with shower and suspended toilet
- Beautiful living space with equipped kitchen, convertible sofa (140x190cm) and dining table. Beautiful ceiling height and access to a first balcony.
- Master bedroom with double bed (160x190cm), storage closets and access to a large running balcony. The double bed can also be arranged as 2 single beds (80x190cm)
- Ski locker
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 vacationers.

The Falaise district is highly appreciated for its proximity to the parking lot and the station reception. You can easily access the ski slopes from the apartment and many shops are at the foot of the building: supermarket, bakery, stores & restaurant.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the parking lot you can reach the apartment directly on foot (100m from the resort reception)

Perfect apartment
Perfect, well equipped apartment (down to details like ski boot warmers), really great location close to shops/restaurants but also very quiet with a bakery down stairs. Pretty spacious for French Alpine appt. Also close to car parks which was a boon here. Immodreams staff were fantastic to deal with. 6 stars.

Notre séjour à la résidence Le Neva s’est parfaitement bien déroulé grâce à Johann et Lucie de l’équipe Immodream! L’appartement était exactement fidèle à nos attentes tant en terme d’emplacement, de confort, de qualité et d’espace. Nous réserverons dès que possible pour les vacances d’hiver 2024!!! Superbe logement
Le logement est vraiment top à tout point de vu. Bien placé, belle vue, superbes finitions et décorations, pratique (mini pièce pour poser le matériel de ski et le réchauffer, 2 salles de bains : une avec baignoire et une avec douche…). Nous avons passé un super séjour :)
