High standing brand new chalet comprising 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, located only 5 minutes from the centre and 500 meters from the ski slopes and Nyon cable car (Morzine-Les Gets ski area). Ski bus stop right next to the chalet.
This beautiful chalet is spread on 3 levels as following:

Ground floor: Entrance, Ski room
Lounge with woodstove, open living room with fully equipped kitchen (2 fridges, freezer, 2 ovens, microwave, induction hobs, double sink, wine cellar, 2 dishwashers) access to the terrace
Level -1:
Bedroom 1: one double bed 180x200 can be set as 2 single beds 90x200 + bathroom: bathtub + shower + WC
