"The villa was very comfortable and modern. It’s location was perfect, close enough to the towns to make it easy to explore but far enough out to be quiet and relaxing. Ivan was very helpful through our stay and was always on hand should we need anything. Would highly recommend this villa and would love to stay here again."

"The house is absolutely gorgeous, and perfect for a family holiday. The pool is great to return to each day after a trip out to the various coves and towns that are well worth visiting. The house itself is lovely and cool with bathrooms for everyone and the views from the house are amazing. I highly recommend it."

"A homely, traditional house with outside space set in a quiet rural position. The house was very clean and the welcome from the owners warm and friendly and they were very willing to provide lovely meals if required. A good base for visiting the Istrian resorts but not an easy walking access to the nearest beach."

"The house is very modern and clean inside and outside. The pool was cleaned 1 time a week by staff. Due to the completely fenced garden you have a lot of privacy. The supermarket, restaurants, etc. are only about 15 min away and thus good and fast to reach by car. The landlord is very nice and informed us about all important information directly upon arrival. Also at departure he met us with a small gesture, which is not self-evident. All thumbs up 👍"

"Wir haben Anfang September 2023 zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus haben wir genauso vorgefunden, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben wird. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin und ihrer Familie herzlich empfangen und mit kleinen Geschenken (Kekse, Olivenöl) begrüßt. Immer stand uns jemand für Fragen zur Verfügung. "Eine schöne große Wohnung in ruhiger, abgeschiedener Gegend, mit dem Auto kein Problem. Alles war absolut sauber. Highlight ist der liebevoll angelegte Aussenbereich mit dem herrlichen Pool. Das Grundstück ist uneinsehbar, man hat dort völlig seine Ruhe. Das Auto steht geschützt im abgeschlossenen Hof mit elektrischem Tor, sehr angenehm. Vermieter wohnen direkt über der Ferienwohnung, sie sind immer erreichbar, super freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"We spent fantastic week at Villa Orijana. If you are looking for silence, calm and relaxing surrounding - book now! Localisation gives a good chance to go around Istria and feel the region. For us and for kids it was amazing, we were looking for relaxing time - and we have found it. "Einfach toll! Wir wurden empfangen, als ob man bei den Eltern von Freunden übernachtet. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Der absolute Wahnsinn war der Boatstrip mit Patrick (Sohn). Ein Erlebnis, was keiner von uns mehr vergisst, sogar mit Angeln von Calamari. Danke!!!"

"Super tolle, hundefreundliche und saubere Unterkunft. Sehr gepflegtes Grundstück. Die Eigentümerin Alfredo und Korin sind sehr nett, alles verlief reibungslos und Alfredo stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Meer sowie Rovinj und Pula waren innerhalb von 20-30 Min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Für den tägl. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem neues Haus. Wer eine ruhige Umgebung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß genug, um sich abzukühlen. Als einmal das Wasser trüb wurde, konnten uns die Eigentümer helfen, die zufällig in der Nähe waren. Das Internet ist OK für geringe Nutzung, da es sich um einen mobilen Router mit SIM Karte (A1) handelt. Bei gleichzeitiger Nutzung mehrere Geräte und Streaming wird es sehr langsam (wir waren zu dritt). Die Klimaanlagen...
