Welcome to beautiful sunny Ridgeview Estate located in Moses Lake. Close to Safeway, popular restaurants, and Connelly Park (boat launch). Newly furnished, all amenities provided, Sleeps 11 comfortable with large 9 vehicle driveway. Large backyard patio, overseeing 1 acer of fenced green grass. Hot tub includes color changing lights, sound system, Bluetooth connectivity and more. Privet pool tucked in back yard corner, sun loungers, hammock, pool toys and night lights. Enjoy!

AIR CONDITIONING:
Please don’t lower the AC temperature bellow 68 degrees to avoid system freezing up.
Newly installed central HVAC system, with air scrubber, it’s a device that attaches directly to the ductwork of your HVAC system. It removes air pollution, VOCs, surface contaminants, pet dander, odors, and dust. It provides a cleaner, healthier, and more efficient home. Enjoy!

SAFETY:
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.

SPRINKLING SYSTEM:
Sprinkling system will be active on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, 2 times a day. Morning time: 4am-10am, Evening time: 7pm-12pm. NOTE: cars parked on main driveway might get water on them from the sprinkling system.

GARBAGE DAY:
Garbage is picked up Monday morning between 5am-8am.

Great Stay

The house was great and the backyard was really nice and spacious. Great for gatherings. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, it’s a good location. Host is easy to reach and communicative. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great Place!

Found a gem as I picked the closest VRBO to wedding and wished we had more time to spend at the house! Yard is amazing and pool was clean and ready for us but we had no time to enjoy.
