  • This is the larger unit in the 2 unit DUPLEX, built in the late 50s. With a large living room, fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, you will have lots of room to unpack and relax. There is a small kitchen, and very large yards, with a shade tree and sitting areas in back. Near Valley Rd, and the Activity Trail, and near the lake, and downtown. Off and On street parking is available, room for trailer. Big screen TV with cable, Roku and streaming services. Large, single wall A/C in living room. This is a non-smoking property.
