  • This lovely home has 5 bedrooms and 2 3/4 baths . Sleeps 14 has an unobstructed view of Moses Lake and is just yards from the park with access to a public boat launch and no charge boat mooring. There is a large patio with a firepit. There is a gas fireplace and a home theater with an 82" TV. A crib is available. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, oven & large fridge. Nice House in a newer Development. Very quiet area.The sunsets over the lake were spectacular.The house was very spacious with plenty of seating and dining areas.

We have rented this house for the last four years when we go to Moses Lake on Work. It's a great location for where you're working at and plenty of room for all of my staff. CHARLES has always been very responsive to all my communications. The cleaning person Could sweep her vacuum a little bit better but was not terribly bad..

Great Place

This house is very nice and a great location. Awesome view of the lake with a fire pit and plenty of lawn chairs. Kitchen had everything including a traditional coffee maker and pour over. The beds were comfortable and lots of places to sleep. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice Large Home

The house was much larger than anticipated based on photos, which was a wonderful surprise. The view of the water and sunsets was amazing. The property manager was very responsive to questions. Great stay overall with our large family.

Great time in Moses

We came to stay in Moses lake to celebrate our youngest family member’s graduation from college and his new job. We did not have as large a group as we thought we were going to have but the house was prepared for a large group. I recommended staying here if you are looking to accommodate a large group. It is across the road from the boat launch and a great park! We enjoyed our stay!!

Wedding in Moses Lake

This was our home base in Moses Lake for a large family wedding. It worked out great. This home works really well for a group. Great view and everything worked just as needed. We will gladly book here again! Thanks for the stay.

Gorge trip

House was so spacious exactly as pictured. Bedrooms and bathrooms for all, it was great. Plenty of linens. Lovely back patio for morning coffee, beautiful kitchen had everything we needed and more. We had a small glitch getting into home but owner responded quickly and all was well. Great stay for group of 5 friends. Thanks for letting us stay!

We were thrilled to find this awesome place. Huge house and lots of space to father. It was basically as described and met our needs. The beds could be much better but no bed is better than your own. Cleanliness was also okay but could be better; again, not a huge deal. Great view. Great location. We would rent again. Peace out.

Nice place to stay for concerts at the Gorge

Overall this house was comfortable and very homey. There were a few issues with cleanliness (pots/pans in cupboards that had food stuck on them; very dirty/sticky potholders, game room floor had sticky spill, empty ramen noodle cup on the floor in one of the bedrooms). Not a deal breaker, but maybe more attention to detail is warranted. Would stay again if going to the Gorge with a large group, as it was affordable and a nice location on the lake.

Work trip

This is our 3rd year staying in this home when coming over on an annual work trip. It has enough space for all of my staff. Charles has always been good to communicate with. This year I was too exhausted to drive home the day we were done. Charles was kind enough to let us stay one extra night so I could be refreshed for pulling a trailer for 5 hours. We will try to get it again next year.

Moses Lake house

The property has plenty of room. The bed in master bedroom was great, however the beds in the other bedrooms were very substandard. They all need new mattresses. We used some dishes for snacks our 2nd night and we had to wash them first right out of the cupboard. I think they were probably not rinsed before going in dishwasher and maybe sat awhile before being washed. Whoever unloaded them didn’t pay attention. The hard floors were clean but the carpeted areas had not been vacuumed. We had trouble with the lockbox getting the keys. Would suggest a new lockbox. Otherwise a pleasant stay

Hosts showed up almost an hour before our check out time

Overall the house was a great location and very spacious. The kitchen floor left my cousins feet completely black, so cleanliness was clearly not good. The bathtub in the master was not clean. These things made us a little leery of what else might not be up to par as far as cleaning goes. The two mops left in the pantry both had gross used pads on them, so we didn't use them. The rooms were accommodating with enough pillows and blankets, but the towels in the bathrooms were VERY old and worn and there was not enough toilet paper left for our 7 people stay over three days. We had to go buy extra. Lastly, the hosts showed up 50 minutes early, at 10:10 when check out was 11. We were already getting packed up, but this made us feel uncomfortable and rushed. They should not be allowed to show up until after 11. Their excuse was "they had a tight turn around for the next guests" but that's not our problem. We paid to be there until 11 and we should have been allowed privacy until that time. The host was communicating well regarding an A/C issue and that was fixed before our arrival, which was great. Overall it was a nice stay, but if I book it again, I would definitely bring my own cleaning supplies to do a quick clean and I would bring my own towels.

The host was available after one unsuccessful attempt. The first impression of the home was it was perfect for our weekend. Three old(er) men, longtime friends getting together for a weekend of football games. Plenty of space for gathering and a bedroom/bath for each of us. Then we had a bit of panic finding out there were no tv sets that were wifi capable and no portal (ie Roku) devices to allow us to access Amazon Prime which had one of the playoff games.
