Could have used more hangers in the room. TV reception was intermittent, had to plug and unplug a few times. Overall, the hotel exceeded expectations. Great value for the cost.

This is a great property and house to get away for a quiet weekend. The owner communicates well and timely, and the house is clean. Plenty of space for our 6 adults. We had a wonderful stay at Rob and Clarissa's Carriage House. Rob is such a friendly and helpful "innkeeper," and an interesting person to talk to.
