"Great location, good room. Old building could use a refresh (eg bars holding carpet down in the stairs were coming undone). Staff was good but inconstant in helpfulness/warmth (eg. We travelled with another party and I asked if we could have our tables next to one another at breakfast. she was a bit annoyed and reluctantly swapped the tables. I did not ask in advance, however we were the first guests and the breakfast room was completely empty.)"

10/10 Excellent
We travelled with an infant, the receptionist was brilliant providing us with a baby cot and a baby bath and extra towels free of charge. They had a high chair available in the resturant where the food was lovely.
We used the pool but it is inaccessable to under 16 so we went one at a time to use the pool/jacuzzi and sauna which was free of charge to guests
