The place was clean, comfortable bed, new carpet and tile floors very nice. some of the furniture was a little beat up. I was pretty disappointed with the breakfast. The only thing hot was the toast I made and the waffles I made. Just a bunch of carbs, no proteins at all.

I came from Charlotte with my service dogs and they did not accept it, I felt discriminated and offended. They made me call my handle in the wee hours of the morning to explain why I had a service dog, they asked me to show all the information. I explained to them that it is a federal law which prohibits giving out information about my health situation. I suffer from ptsd and they even asked for my medical report. I do not recommend this hotel. It was a terrible and unpleasant experience. I hope people who have service dogs do not stay at this hotel.

Bed sheets, wash clothes and towels were stained. I had to ask for a new set. The shower curtain was clearly worn down/ripped/dirty. When you attempt to shower the water ran all out of the shower/tub causing a puddle on the floor in the bathroom. Initially upon arriving the toilet seat was also dirty. I had no other choice but to stay being so I was in town for a short stay and could find no where else to book last minute. Also, according to “policy” I wouldn’t have been able to get a refund. But this was a first and last time staying at LaQuinta for me. I expected so much more according to the photos seen online before booking

The elevator did not work properly. The so-called hot breakfast only had waffles and cold cereal. There was cream cheese available, but no bagels. There was a toaster but no bread. The orange juice dispenser was empty. It appeared that only one lady was running the hotel at night. The alarm clock was broken. The room was very nice with a king bed and a sleeper sofa. The area had a number of hotels, but very limited dining opportunities. We will not stay there again on our road trip home.

Hello Donald, we do apologize as we cannot control what happens with electronics. But we have stairs on both sides of the building. Our breakfast is standard and sometimes the truck does come later than usual as we cannot control other companies on their delivery. Thank you for your review!

Very disappointed for price paid for room. We arrived to an empty front desk once checked in our linens on the bed had stains - we were put in another room… linens had a small stain on the sheet…room needs updating…need more lighting in rooms…. Never again...
I very rarely complain or write a review but this time I felt I needed to warn others. I stayed at this hotel one other time and it was okay so I tried it again. After this last Friday night however, I will never stay there again. Where do I start... The room was so humid that the sheets were wet along with all the towels. The sink was cracked and broken, half the lights didn't work, and neither did the TV. I didn't want to change rooms after I got all unpacked and realized all this stuff afterwards. Anytime I spend over $100 I don't want to be inconvenienced by having to move to another room once again. The mattress was the worst I think I've ever slept on before. It must have been from the 1900s. True story, the night after I stayed at this hotel I decided to just sleep in the rental car instead, and it was much better than the hotel!!! How sad is that?

The hot breakfast was limited scramble eggs 3 people serve and it was over and the staff will not check to replenish, no coffee i. The lobby staff notify and nobody respond. People in the pool that wasn’t guess at the hotel. No towels available to exchange for dirty ones. Needed more staff. Same person who do laundry is in the kitchen and the front desk. I can’t trust La Quinta now. The room was too hot I change the temperature and it was on a timer it will go back to 74 degrees. Dirty A/C unit. Beds were hard as a rock. My nights were non refundable so I could not leave.

Mold on shower curtains and soap holder, cracked tv, mildew in the microwave, tv remote did not work. This hotel is very outdated. Smells bad. This is the worse hotel I ever stayed in. Asked the clerk to have the manager call me, he never did. I picked LaQuinta because they are always nice and clean. NOT THIS ONE! Talked to staff, to ask for a refund. It was her first day alone and wasn't much help. Always read reviews before you book. This is privately owned, so I guess this guy just doesn't care. I took pictures because it was so gross to warn my friends and always read the reviews.
