"Owner was friendly and helpful. He seemed to be working hard to make the property better. The best thing about this property was the cost per night in fairly new house. Now some of the other things that need to be mentioned, and they might not bother everyone. The house was not completely finished on the outside. The stucco on half of the back of the house wasn’t finished and was missing the light fixtures. The only room in the house that was air conditioned is the main living area. There are small fans that blow air into the bedrooms. I don’t believe that the house is insulated so the air conditioning runs all the time. The house is off the grid. Power is solar and gas generator. The gas generator is located right next to the king bed room. It is pretty loud especially when you are trying to sleep. We couldn’t move to the queen bedroom because there was only a single sheet on the mattress. No blanket. Bathrooms are not air conditioned. Water pressure in the shower wouldn’t even wash the sand off of you. Hard to shave with no mirror above the sink. No oven in the kitchen. Only 2 stools to sit on. Counter tops are plywood with a rough finish on them. Beech is close but there isn’t a easy pathway to it. A lot is scrub brush to walk through, and then there is a cliff that you have to climb down to get to the beach. There are two unfinished houses on the property and it looks like there is more houses being built next door. When this property is finished it should be pretty nice "

"Beautiful home located in a very convenient location in Great Exuma. It is centrally located to easily explore both ends of the island.The beach is literally outside your door and the soft white sand makes for perfect walks. The bar at the end of the beach stretchis amazing and makes walks worth it! The home was decorated first class: the kitchen, the furnishings, the decor and the courtyard were all perfect. The beach chairs and toys were perfect to enjoy a wonderful day on the beach. We will definitely be back again!"

"Beach view from the deck, less than a 100 steps from one of the most beautiful, peaceful beaches I have witnessed. Loved the seclusion of it with only 4 houses Was a wonderful walk every morning, evening to sit and just listen to the power of the water. Restaurants are limited, grocery stores are ok, but you are on an island and part of the Bahamas. That’s the joy of it! NO Walmart, no 7-11. Real life. Anyways, house was lovely, Terrell was quick and always very responsive. Much appreciated. Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property in Exuma and would absolutely recommend it to others. The beach and water are truly stunning. The color of the water is mesmerizing, that clear, vibrant turquoise that Exuma is known for. During our stay we had one day where the tide allowed for a full beach experience, and it was beautiful. The rest of the time the water came up quite high, which meant less sandy beach area, but the views and the sound of the ocean were still incredible and made the setting feel peaceful and special.The house itself was extremely clean and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared for guests. The kitchen in particular was impressively well equipped, we had everything we needed to cook meals comfortably, which made it feel very much like a home away from home.Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth from booking through our stay. It’s clear they care about providing a great experience for their guests.Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The beautiful setting, clean and comfortable home, and attentive host made for a truly enjoyable trip. We would happily stay here again."
