Saltwater Sunrise at Exuma Beach Georgetown Ocean Front Vacation in Paradise

Are you looking for a vacation in paradise? Compare properties, you won't find more value than ours! With a semi-private beach, heated infinity pool, hot tub and 5-star accommodation, few properties on the island have our complete package of amenities and central location.

FALL 2025 - a remodel of the property is under. We're updating flooring, paint and fixtures. Check back in November for updated photos!

You won't find any commercial venues (McDonalds, Subway, nightclubs) but you will find incredible natural attractions and cuisine that is caught fresh that day as you live the Bahamian lifestyle.

Once you arrive in Exuma, you are greeted by beautiful white sand beaches. The property is just over a mile from the airport, and once you clear customs you are minutes from putting your toes in the sand, and soaking in breathtaking turquoise waters, or relaxing overlooking the ocean by the infinity pool.

The Exumas are a pristine group of islands surrounded by amazing aqua blue water, known for their beauty, fishing, and mild temperatures. The night sky, without city lights, is endless.

The property is family friendly and minutes from Georgetown, where you will find local shops. North of the resort is a Greg Norman golf course at the Sandals Resort.

Don't discount the value of having our full time on-site property manager to assist you with your vacation in a foreign country. Norm and Tina do an amazing job keeping the resort in top condition and our guests love them.

The local Bahamians are kind, courteous, and respectful. The island is home to restaurants and bars of an ever-changing variety. Each time you visit there is something new to discover. We are happy to share the names of our preferred boating and fishing guides to make your vacation unforgettable.

Georgetown is about a 45 minute plane ride from Miami International and Ft. Lauderdale, 2 hours from Atlanta and 150 miles south of Nassau.

Great Stay!

We had the best week on Jimmy Hill! The location couldn’t have been any better. We had 7 that stayed and the size of the home worked so well. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at all! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect!

The beach is absolutely beautiful! The convenience of the pool, hot tub, beach and condo, all located so close to each other making it easy to move back and forth made this place the perfect place to stay for all ages! We got in early, the lady cleaning let us store our stuff in a room while we went out and about waiting for the check in time. Looking forward to going back one day!

Regatta 2025

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. This was our third year, and this property continues to exceed expectations. The location is unbeatable, with stunning beach views and easy access, and it’s perfectly situated near the regatta site. The layout fits my family’s needs perfectly. A piece of paradise

The property was the perfect location for our stay in the Bahamas. It’s close to the airport and in the middle of the island, making drives to the different beaches accessible. The space is well maintained and as described. The outdoor area is everything a family can hope for on vacation; picture perfect view of the turquoise ocean, the large infinity edge pool, large outdoor space and patio with large dinner table. It was the perfect home away from home.

Wonderful pick for exuma

Beautifully situated on the property. Pool and beach can’t be beat. Plenty of chairs/loungers by pool. Views to die for. Unit is spacious and fairly well stocked. Would definitely recommend for a family or group.

Beautiful House and Great Location!

House is fabulous! Kitchen and spaces are great, and the location is perfect near everything you might want in town, and is just 4 minutes from the airport. The beach is beautiful walkable. The pool and hot tub are fantastic to have on site as well. Would love to stay here again soon if we can!

The location was great - central to everything and very close to the airport. The owner and caretakers were very friendly and helpful!! It was spacious and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay-the location is really close the the airport and convenient to the grocery stores and pizza. The house is clean and the view and pool are fantastic. Not pictured, but we really enjoyed swimming at night as the pool is well lit. Would definitely visit again.

Highly recommend this VRBO!! Beautiful location, right on the beach with a bonus of a pool/hot tub. Two families stayed together, and there was more than enough room. Four separate bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Can’t imagine a better place!

The property was amazing! Beautiful beach, pool and grounds. Owner was responsive and helpful in planning. Beds were very comfortable and amenities beyond our needs! Local grounds keeper and property manager were helpful with activity questions and collected coconuts for us to enjoy. Could not have had a better place to stay.

The best beach

This property is absolutely perfect. It has the best beach on the island, imo. The house has everything you need, location is close to everything, pool is wonderful. Tom is an amazing host. This was our second time staying here amd we loved it just as much as the first time. We'll be back!

Great condo/home with pool

Great Vacation Spot

We had an amazing vacation here. The condo is exactly as described. The owner was easy to reach for questions and the on site manager, Norm, was extremely nice and helped anytime we needed anything. Having the pool and hot tub was great for all of us. Hopefully we will be able to return in the future!

Awesome place!

This location at Jimmy Hill Exuma is perfect! The condo is spectacular and just like the pictures. The pool area and grounds are beautiful and well cared for by the property manager. The best part of this place though is the beach! Staying steps from this beautiful beach was heaven on earth for me and my family! We will definitely be back

Exuma Condo

The property could not have been any better. We went in the off season so we had a pool, hot-tub and beach all to our selves. The property manager Norman was on site and very helpful. We had a AC problem and he got it fixed the same day we contacted him. Tom the owner was also very helpful. We are planning to return next year. Great Time!
