The ducted air conditioning services the upstairs level and automatically switches off at 10:00 pm each evening in accordance with council requirements.

The swimming pool is private and fully fenced but is not heated.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, outdoor entertaining areas, swimming pool and backyard.



Guests will also have access to the laundry facilities, double lock-up garage and off-street parking, including space for a boat.
