"Our family has been doing a winter vacation in the Brainerd Lakes area for over 12 years. This rental did not disappoint in any way. We have grandkids ranging in ages from 6 - 14 and our adults kids too. There was enough room for everyone to spend time together or find a quiet spot to themselves! Property manager was quick with responses and check in was super easy! We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a really nice time at the Pelican Lake property. The house was beautiful and had so many more amenities than they included in the listing. It's HUGE and extremely comfortable. The beach and shoreline area was all sand and great for the kids (ages 1yo up to 16yo) for swimming and playing, and for the adults to enjoy hanging out. "This was such a fun stay! Our family of ten was able to be together without feeling crowded. The Barn had everything we needed for a long weekend away. The hosts, Lee and Laurie, were super kind and welcoming. If we had questions, they were onsite and quick to help with anything we needed. The barn is so cute! The open living area was great for having family together. Lots of fun stuff for the kids too—playing outside, playing games inside, making s’mores at the fire pit! Our youngest family...

"If you are looking for a place to connect with nature - this is it! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Easy access to the bike trail (across road) and we made our way to Zorbas for a picnic lunch and even a few drinks for grandma and Grandpa. Dock and water toys were wonderful would have enjoyed even more with some chairs. Only unexpected part of the property was the trolley to the water but definitely appreciated it as it was the only option to get to the dock. Michael was super to work with...

"The property was amazing from the spacious inside to the quaint lake outside. The property had all your essential needs and was beautiful. I would say it sleeps 12 comfortably but could fit 16 with couches and maybe children. Lots of things to do including kayaks, fire pit and bikes to ride. Host was amazing and had great communication! We would definitely book here again!"
