The main feature was the hot pool spa on the 14th floor, separate for men and women. Very therapeutic and calming.

Nice and extremely large hotel. Check is not open until 3 PM, so don't even try. Rooms were fine.
The problem was the breakfast buffet. The line was extremely long (20 minutes) to get in, but once we got there there were many tables empty. In addition the lay-out of the food is poorly organized and the condition of the floor was poor - areas of ripped carpet. For a high end hotel this was rather disappointing. In addition the service was average - below the level of service typical in Japan.

Although the Righa is starting to show its age, it’s a very comfortable and convenient hotel for those visiting Hiroshima. Staff were excellent, room comfortable and the views over the city and mountains were incredible.
