Front desk was very helpful. Have a great check in and check out experiences. Housekeeping are very good, our room is always clean and comfortable. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The staff was helpful from start to finish. The only complaint was that the mood light knob in the room was broken and have to take a day to repair. But it wasn't the only light available so just deducting one star. Got a 6000 yen credit for the restaurant from Expedia. Was a pleasant aurprise.

This is a very nice, affordable hotel in Shibuya. Walking distance to everywhere but out of the craziness. The staff is great.
