"This is a fabulous place to stay in the Opatija Riviera. Ideally located above the town of Lovran which gives stunning views. There is a short cut down to the town which can be reached with around a 20 minute walk Lots of good restaurants to choose from. Very attentive hosts who even offer to come and collect you in their tuktuk if you don’t fancy the walk back. Everything has been thought of in the accommodation which helps you to unwind as soon as you arrive. "

"The communication from the Hey Rovinj staff was excellent. We were given clear instructions on where to find the off-site parking. The walk from that lot is a bit of a trek over rough stone walkways so don’t bring a big suitcase. As well, we were up on the top floor under the roof, so there wasn’t a lot of headspace on the edges of the room. The room was very clean and had a lovely view over the water. "This is a very spacious place, immaculately clean and in a safe residential area. The 15 minute walk to the center of Rovinj is well worth it for the ease of parking and going to nearby sites such as the hilltowns and Pula. There are three restaurants, a small grocery store, a farmer stand and a wine tasting room very nearby."

"Centrally Located within old town’s pedestrian zone, the apartment is modern and well equipped. The reception is some 10-min-walk away at the holiday rental company outside the old town. The reception‘s parking lot also serves as off-site parking and E-buggy shuttle service from parking lot to apartment is included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking accommodation in Rovinj old town."

"We loved our stay in this quaint room with a view of the cobblestone streets and a sweet kitchenette area. The electric kettle wasn’t working properly, but we figured out how to use the induction stove! That was a great addition to the room! The location was great for restaurants and nearby to the water. Claudia was super helpful and friendly! We loved our stay! "

"We had a wonderful time in Kottli. The houses are charming and well maintained. I did read a review before we went there complaining about the cleanliness of the property, but whoever wrote that probably doesn't live in the countryside. We found it perfectly clean for a rural property and Sanja who looks after the property was very nice and friendly. Great place to stay if you don't want to be in the tourist hot spots! "

The bathroom and Kitchen 1st floor, living area 2nd floor, bedroom 3rd floor. Bed not very comfortable, you can feel the spring. The sofa bed in living area as a sofa very hard, no cushion. The shower a capsule design small. Just very hard for us up and down for senior. A experience living in old historical building. "
