"Great view of the marina and harbour entrance from the balcony. We had the 2 bedroom unit which was very spacious. Bedrooms were downstairs. Slightly dated furniture and bathroom but all clean and working. Easy 5 minute walk into the main town.

"The motel is in an deal location handy to local restaurants and other facilities. The unit was ideal for ourselves and our adult daughter - plenty of room for all of us. An ideal location as a rest stop before catching the esrly ferry to wellington. Clean and tidy room including a spacious bathroom."

"Edit is a very nice place to stay, and I've had awesome stays in the past. The room we received however was quite dated, and dusty, with a shower that was very reminiscent of the 60s... The room is referenced as a 'budget' room, but I still expected more given my previous experience at the same hotel and amount I was spending on the room. The bed was clean, but the amount of dust behind the bed and on the floor was pretty surprising.
The staff were lovely, and I would stay again - however, I would want to ensure I got a room which had been renovated."
