The living and dining area is bright and welcoming, furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing additional sleeping arrangements when needed. This convivial space also features an open-hearth fireplace, kept purely for decorative purposes, which adds a warm and characterful ambiance to the room. A door from the living area leads directly out to a small private terrace of 8 m2, furnished for outdoor relaxation and dining. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living space and includes an oven, 3 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine.
