Set in a charming Provençal-style home, this spacious ground-floor apartment provides a serene countryside experience while keeping you just minutes from Cannes and the French Riviera's bustling attractions. Conveniently located near the A8 Highway and grocery stores, you can easily stock up on delicious French delicacies upon arrival.

This unique space is located on the ground of the house. The owner lives on the second floor. Outside, you’ll have a vast 20 sqm terrace, the perfect spot to admire the stunning mountain views, breathe in the fresh countryside air, and enjoy the melodic chirping of birds. Pet lovers will also have the possibility to bring along their furry companion to roam and play in the garden (please note: the area is not fully fenced).

This large apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Inside, you’ll have a spacious and stylish apartment, with an inviting open-plan living area featuring a 48" TV and ultra-fast 1Gbit optic fiber Internet/Wifi, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure.
