This single-story gîte offers a pleasant living area combining a fully equipped kitchen accessible to people with reduced mobility, a dining area, and a lounge with a smart TV. The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine.

The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one with a [hidden]60cm double bed and the other with a [hidden]40cm double bed. Two bathrooms are available, both equipped with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail; one has an integrated toilet and is adapted for people with reduced mobility. A separate toilet completes the facilities.

The accommodation benefits from ducted heating and air conditioning, as well as Wi-Fi access. Pets are welcome, and the gîte can accommodate business travelers.
