Hemlock Point accommodates up to 10 guests and offers a sandy beach, a 40-foot dock with space for up to two boats, a spacious lawn, deck, patio and Solo Stove. Whether your plans include boating across Winnipesaukee, swimming from the shoreline or spending the entire day relaxing at the property, everything you came to the lake for is right outside your door.

The waterfront is the heart of this home. Walk across the lawn to the sandy beach for a swim or head down to the dock and take the boat out for a day exploring Lake Winnipesaukee. Being tucked along Salmon Meadow Cove gives you a wonderful place to return to after a day on the lake.

There is plenty of outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. Start the morning with coffee on the deck, spend the afternoon between the lawn, beach and dock, and come together for dinner outside. As evening arrives, gather around the Solo Stove and enjoy another night at the lake.

Inside, Hemlock Point has the warmth and character of a classic Winnipesaukee lake house combined with the conveniences families appreciate during a weeklong stay. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams and skylights with the kitchen, dining and living spaces flowing together to create a comfortable gathering place for the entire group.

The updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, generous counter space and plenty of cabinetry. The large dining table provides room for meals, games and evenings spent together after a day on the water.

One of the most inviting spaces in the home is the lake facing sitting room. Surrounded by warm wood and windows with hanging chairs for relaxing, it is a wonderful place for morning coffee, reading or simply enjoying a quiet moment at the lake.

Hemlock Point offers sleeping accommodations throughout the home for a maximum of 10 guests. The layout includes comfortable adult sleeping spaces as well as a room with two twin beds that works especially well for children, teens or friends traveling together.

The finished lower level provides additional sleeping space, a full bathroom and a separate family and television room, giving larger families and groups additional room to spread out. A spiral staircase connects the levels and adds to the unique character of the home.

Guests will also appreciate the full-size washer and dryer, particularly after days spent swimming and boating.

Sheets, bath towels and bedmaking are included with this rental. Beach towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own.

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests at any time, including overnight guests and daytime visitors. Maximum parking is 5 vehicles at any time. The 40-foot dock can accommodate up to two boats. Guests are responsible for confirming that their individual watercraft is appropriate for the dock and current lake conditions. The fireplace and woodstove are not available for guest use. No parties or events are permitted.

Lake Winnipesaukee is a natural body of water. Water levels, water depth, clarity, aquatic vegetation, shoreline conditions and beach conditions may vary throughout the season due to weather, rainfall and other natural factors.
