About this property

Pet & Kid Friendly Lake community w/ boat launch & beach

  • This home in Balmoral lake front community has a private boat launch and large beach on the quiet side of Winnipesaukee. The community has a tennis court, basketball court and great park for the kids. The home is just 3/10's of a mile to the beach and 1/2 a mile to a market in case you run out of something. Raised ranch with large family room, including Air hockey, darts and 65" TV to watch the big game. Off the family room is the kids room with bunk beds and a trundle. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King 15" Memory foam bed, fully updated bathroom and another large bedroom with a Queen 15" memory foam bed. Also upstairs in an updated Kitchen with large island, dining table and Living room for some adult time with a 42" TV. Kitchen is equipped with Non stick pans, blender, coffee pot, microwave, large Fridge, dishwasher and 5 burner electric range. Off the kitchen is a spacious deck with screened in Gazebo for bug free outdoor eating and a gas grill. 15 minutes from Center Harbor where you can catch the ferry to Weirs beach. Gunstock Mountain is just 30 minutes away.
