Located just 2.5 miles from the vibrant downtown area of Mt. Airy, this true log cabin offers an elevated and tranquil getaway.

Your Comfort Is Our Priority:
At Riverside Memories, every effort has been made to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. Our property offers a professionally designed private Disc Golf Course, a full Spectrum cable package, and Spectrum GIG Internet with a mesh network for strong Wifi throughout the home. Cell signal on-site can be spotty, so we recommend using Wifi calling on your phone settings—Verizon tends to have better reception than AT&T.

Enjoy the Outdoors:
While staying at Riverside Memories, immerse yourself in nature and take advantage of riverfront access for activities like fishing and swimming. The river is stocked with trout about 10 miles upriver and offers a refreshing and natural setting for various water activities. Additionally, guests can look forward to seeing wildlife, including deer and other critters, making your stay a true nature experience.

Living Spaces and Amenities:
You’ll find three comfortable common spaces within the cabin, equipped with central AC and heat. The main floor living room features a gas fireplace and a 65” Samsung Smart TV, while the second floor open loft provides a quiet reading nook and play space for children. The basement game room is perfect for indoor entertainment on rainy days, including board games, an old school Ms. Pac Man arcade, a foosball table, and a Wii.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, a gas stove with a built-in griddle, and a handmade 8’ black walnut river table with 10 matching dining chairs. You can find everything you need for preparing meals and enjoying dining together with your group.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The property offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main level, along with an additional full bathroom in the basement. Each bedroom provides Samsung Smart TVs, while the ensuite King bedroom suite boasts a desk and rocking chair.

Outdoor Fun:
Delight in the assortment of outdoor amenities, from the unheated inground pool overlooking the river to the fire pit, charcoal grill, and 9-hole disc golf course on the property. With plenty of seating options, including loungers and Adirondack chairs, you can fully embrace the serene environment.

Parking and Safety:
The property provides ample parking for at least 8 cars in the private driveway, and safety features such as carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and exterior lighting are in place to ensure a secure stay.
