"Staff was unhelpful during check-in. Did not mention many things - i did not know that breakfast was provided and she was in a rush to get rid of me. No toothpaste or toiletries or microwave. Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbours clearly. Reception is a drive away from room which is not helpful. Room was clean though"

"Upon checkin they attempted to charge $50 more than when i booked saying prices change daily
Get into room heater aitcon doesn't work replaced with small heater right beside the bed shower kept running toilet leaked had a bucket under it by morning whole bathroom floor was covered in water from toilet has really been neglected since i last stayed there never again "

Could not stay for the 2 nights we intended on staying for ,booked this place as it was close to the football but pictures weren’t what the place looked like ,it was rundown and when asked for refund we were told to cancel through Wotif and they’d give us half our money back but they then denied that and gave us nothing so would not recommend it to anyone ,so very disappointed ,but happy with the Rydges accomodation we proceeded to 100% everything we wanted "

"Lovely room, extremely comfortable bed, huge tv and nice bathroom.
Important to note it is not designed for self-catering as all you get is tea making facilities, no microwave, plates or dishes etc.
But there is a lovely restaurant downstairs, and room service.
Underground parking is available but costs extra, so be sure to ask if required. EV charging also available in the carpark.
Staff were all cheerful and friendly. "
